Join us every last Tuesday of the month at 08:00 PM EST for a Free Meditation session via Zoom

How to Join:

  1. Register: Sign up in advance to receive the Zoom link. Registration details can be found on our website or social media pages.

  2. Prepare Your Space: Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. Have a cushion or chair ready for seated meditation.

  3. Join the Zoom Meeting: On the day of the session, use the Zoom link provided in the registration email to join the meeting at 08:00 PM EST.

Generosity is a beautiful practice that opens and gladdens the heart, relaxes the contraction of the "I" and spreads throughout the world to many people.
