Positive Neuroplasticity focuses on cultivating beneficial states of mind and learning how to transform simple, everyday experiences into lasting inner strengths. These inner strengths—such as resilience, confidence, self-worth, compassion, agency, and gratitude—are key to emotional healing, personal growth, and spiritual transformation.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to:​

  • Convert positive mental states into permanent (neuronal) traits

  • Alleviate or heal recurring emotional wounds

How is this different from mindfulness?

 

Positive Neuroplasticity is a mindfulness-based training. While mindfulness teaches us to be with the present moment just as it is, Positive Neuroplasticity teaches us how to actively nourish the mind with positive experiences and help them take root in the brain. No prior meditation experience is required—just a willingness to grow.

I'm Elenice De Souza Oliveira, Ph.D., and I’m honored to guide you on the transformative path of Positive Neuroplasticity—the art and science of rewiring your brain for inner strength, calm, and resilience. As a certified Positive Neuroplasticity Teacher, Mindful Leader, Neurosculpting® and Mindfulness Meditation Instructor, and High Flow Coach, I help individuals activate their highest potential and lead more empowered, grounded lives.

Meet Rick Hanson, Ph.D. (Founder of Positive Neuroplasticity Training)

Rick Hanson, Ph.D. is a psychologist, Senior Fellow at UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, and the New York Times best-selling author of Hardwiring Happiness, Buddha’s Brain, and Resilient, among others. He’s the founder of the Global Compassion Coalition and a leading voice in positive neuroplasticity and inner strength development.

His work blends cutting-edge science, contemplative wisdom, and practical tools that have touched millions of lives around the world—including my own.
